Terri Unwin joined Smartline, after 16 years at the Commonwealth Bank, so that she could help her clients find a home loan solution from over 30 lenders.

“Just as there are many different types of properties on the market, there are also many different types of home loans available," says Terri. “After the initial excitement of buying a property wears off, you don’t want to start regretting the type of loan you have!”

Having ventured into the investment property market herself, Terri is well aware of the importance of not only selecting the right property, but selecting the right finance. “I help my clients find a loan that suits their needs. I manage the loan process from the time of our initial meeting to the day my clients pick up the keys,” explains Terri.

Terri's mortgage broking business is based in North Rocks. She is fully mobile and services all areas of the Sydney metropolitan area including but not limited to Carlingford, Telopea, Dundas Valley, Beecroft and Baulkham Hills and can visit you outside of working hours in the comfort of your own home. She can look after all your financing needs including personal loans, leasing and commercial and business financing.
