Honesty and integrity are key characteristics you look for when receiving advice about your finances. Terri Unwin evaluated our position after our loan had been knocked back by the bank, and told us that the bank had simply made a miscalculation in establishing our loan potential. She also advised us that the best thing for us to do would be to advise the bank of the mistake. We did, and our loan was approved. What's extraordinary here is that Terri did not receive any financial benefit from her work and her advice - she just did what was best for us, and we were not even her clients...... yet! I went through a bank to start off with but was having so much trouble and issues which is hard to deal with when you work 5 days a week. Someone suggested to I go through a Smartline agent (Terri Unwin). After talking with her I walked away thinking, I can't believe how easy that was, I should have done this in the first place. After the first meeting everything from then on was able to be done over the phone and when documents had to be signed, Terri picked up the documents from the bank then came to my place after work for me to sign and then personally returned them to the bank, it was just so easy and I could not thank her enough for her time and effort.
