Tracey Webster - Personal Mortgage Adviser

Tracey Webster’s many clients benefit from her more than 15 years banking and mortgage broking experience, her genuine desire to achieve the right result for her clients and a commitment to providing a premium level of service.

“I believe in working closely with my clients to keep them well informed of what’s happening in the home loan market and ensuring they have a loan product that suits their individual needs,” she explains.

“I get a great deal of satisfaction helping my client to navigate through the sometimes confusing loan application progress and ensure they are kept informed at every step of the process."

“But it’s not just about the initial loan. I view all my relationships with my clients as long-term; I look after their immediate needs but keep in regular contact with them on an ongoing basis, so if their circumstances change I can help them to secure a long package that suits them.”

As a result, Tracey’s delighted clients regularly refer her to their family and friends.

Tracey covers all aspects of lending and has a particular interest in investment finance and professional packages. She also has the benefit of having owned a number of properties herself, which has given her first-hand experience in structuring investment loans in the most tax-effective way possible.

“The most rewarding aspect of my job is helping people to realise their dreams in a way that is as easy and trouble-free as possible for them,” says Tracey. “I’m delighted all my clients become my advocates after they’ve dealt with me!”

Based in Parkdale, Tracey’s fully mobile service allows her to visit clients throughout metropolitan Melbourne, including Bayside and Mornington Peninsula.
