Our experiences with Wendy have just been not just a good experience but a great experience. She has always gone over and beyond for us and we are more than we would ever imagined because of Wendy. We now own two houses, one a investment property in SA and we have just purchased a property here in Perth, WA.

Our first experience with Wendy was when we were buying our first property and before Wendy we had approached up to 6 different lenders and for one reason or another had come up against a brick wall time and time over. We were used to getting to a certain point and being disappointed, so we were hoping against hope that Wendy could help us. Fortunately for us Wendy could find a lender to help us out. She advised us on what we needed and we just went from there. We have never ever looked back.

We moved from SA to WA and Wendy advised she could help us here. WHAT A BLESSING!! She even found a way so that we don't have to sell our property in Adelaide; she made everything work for us!! She is always willing to go that extra mile and I'd even check my emails and she'd be sending them on Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays!! So this awesome woman nearly works 24/7.

There were even times where I would lack faith in our loan and how it was proceeding and Wendy would always tell me to have faith. She even sends us Christmas cards and Birthday cards so she’s more like a friend to us now rather than just a lender. She is so much more than a lender just a overall awesome person, bubbly personality, always willing to go that extra mile for her customers , and giving award winning customer service that like I mentioned previously is not just good but great, really really great!!

Because of Wendy we own two houses to put it simply and also above everything else gained a friend.
