While we hear about ‘Australian property’ trends, the capital cities (and regional areas) all have their own unique drivers and considerations. While the share market may be on an upward trajectory, there are individual companies who are not faring so well.

So while it is important to be aware of the general trends and issues, these need to be considered in light of your own individual circumstances and goals.
