Andrew offers his clients a wealth of experience in lending, having worked in banking and finance for over 32 years. His extensive knowledge of lending products, lending structure and bank requirements – from retail through to institutional lending – means he is ideally placed to find the right loan solutions for all his clients, no matter what their lending needs.

Andrew always puts his clients first. He has a genuine interest in helping people achieve the best finance outcomes for their particular situation, from getting the right loan in the short term to maximising their personal wealth over the long term.

After working for many years in customer relationship management, he understands the importance of delivering outstanding customer service.

“It’s about putting yourself in your client’s shoes,” says Andrew. “I provide the service that I would like to receive as a borrower. That is – carefully listening to my client’s needs and financial objectives so I can understand where they are at in their life and where they want to get to. Then, I can give them appropriate, quality advice, on the best lending solution that is appropriate for their circumstances.”

Andrew is very responsive and will keep clients up to date at all times, getting back to them usually within the day.
