Having spent many years in the banking industry, including five years as a Private Client Manager for a major bank, I am aware of the importance of providing every client, no matter what their situation, with well-considered advice and exceptional customer service. I am also aware that one bank cannot be everything to a client. A bank’s policy and pricing changes regularly and I thoroughly believe that every lending client should have a broker as an adviser to ensure that one bank’s “no” is not dictating their financial potential.

My 16 years of working in the finance industry has given me an in-depth understanding of loan products and processes and I have been recognised by both my clients and my previous employer as providing exceptional service by way of client satisfaction results. My banking knowledge and service commitment are complemented by the personal values of integrity and a strong work ethic. My commitment to assisting my clients isn’t limited to just the loan process. Having been a Gold Coast resident for over 30 years, my network of contacts has been very useful to my clients in helping them reach their financial goals.
My aim with each client, is to create a long term relationship, to work with them through all stages of their financial lives.
I am able to assist all types of borrowers, including commercial/small business lending, self employed clients, first home buyers, as well as investors.
