Andrew Wright prides himself on his dedication to providing his clients with the right solutions for their needs – not just today, but well into the future.
He is armed with an infectious enthusiasm and energy for solving problems, and a commitment to building lasting relationships. “My clients and their long-term needs are the focus of my business – they’re the reason why my business exists,” Andrew says.
“Whether it’s helping a client to achieve their dream of owning their first home or setting up a portfolio of investment properties, I enjoy working with people to understand their needs and how I can help them to achieve their goals.”
Andrew analyses the long-term goals of each client and then uses Smartline’s specialist software to tailor loan solutions. “I listen to my clients and spend a great deal of time analysing different options so they clearly understand the alternatives and can make an informed decision – without the hassle and stress of doing all the running around and research for themselves,” he says. “Everyone is busy and clients don’t have the time to research 25 lenders – that’s my job.”
Andrew conducts all follow-up and keeps his clients informed every step of the way. “I put myself in my client’s shoes and treat each loan application like it’s my own,” he says. As a result of his commitment and experience, the majority of Andrew’s business comes from existing clients and referrals, which he regards as the greatest compliment he could be paid.
He now has a team that completes an annual review of all his clients – checking their contact details; making sure that they are still happy with the loan which we chose; approaching the lender to see if we can get a better interest rate; and asking if they would like to speak with me about anything in which they are interested.
