Empathetic, understanding and experienced, Kim looks after her clients at every stage of the borrowing process – from helping them find the right loan, through to post-settlement support.

For Kim, the first step in ensuring positive outcomes is asking the right questions to gain insight into her clients’ circumstances. ‘I’m a good listener and make sure I have an understanding of their specific circumstances and needs before finding the appropriate lenders and products that will suit these aspects,’ she says.

Kim prioritises good, clear and timely communication, and before anyone signs on the dotted line, she makes sure her clients have a thorough understanding of the finance options available. She expedites the application process with a well-organised, methodical and meticulous approach to collating information and is always available to attend to client’s requests and questions.

Kim’s professional background in both finance and conveyancing informs her well-rounded knowledge of home lending and property buying procedures. ‘I have 26 years’ experience in the lending/mortgage/conveyancing industry,’ she says. ‘This includes roles at NAB and Citibank, as well as with solicitors and settlement agents, and I have worked in the mortgage broking environment for the past 10 years.’

She specialises in assisting clients with home loans – owner occupied and investment – and can also help arrange asset finance. She is fully mobile and services the Perth metropolitan area
