Smartline Personal Mortgage Adviser Catriona Hanneman brings her customers a wealth of experience and knowledge. She has been a mortgage broker since 2008, prior to this she ran her own small businesses.
“I’ve gained so much experience over the years and have a first-hand understanding of some of the challenges my customers may be facing, particularly in terms of being self-employed and running a business,” she says.
With her warm and friendly personality, Catriona genuinely cares about her customers’ financial wellbeing and is dedicated to delivering an efficient and personalised service. “I know that obtaining finance can be complicated and stressful, and my aim is to make it as simple as possible for my clients,” she says.
“I’m proactive, deliver on promises, and keep my customers informed throughout the whole process. I also make a point of taking on only a limited amount of customers at once so I’ve got time to give everyone the attention and focus they require.”
She has a proven track record in exceeding her clients’ expectations, and attracts many new clients through referrals from current and past happy customers. “It’s so rewarding for me when clients are over-the-moon with what I can achieve for them,” Catriona says.
She refers to an example where she recently worked with a journalist, a pretty tough customer who described himself as ‘not easily impressed’ and ‘very sceptical’.
