David began his Mortgage Broking career in 2003 after 10 years with GIO Australia.

With a 20+ year experience in Finance and Insurance industries, coupled with a Bachelor of Business Degree and associated qualifications, David is well suited to assist a wide range of clients from First homebuyers through to sophisticated investors. Robyn Corr – Personal Mortgage Adviser


With her proactive and customer-focused approach, Robyn expertly guides her clients through every stage of the borrowing process – from helping them make an informed decision, right through to settlement and beyond.

‘Purchasing a home is one of the largest financial decisions of your life, and I want that process to be as stress-free as possible,’ she says. ‘In order to alleviate anxiety surrounding the mortgage process, my goal is to provide clarity and eliminate any confusion clients may have.’

Robyn understands that every client has unique needs and that when it comes to borrowing, there is no one-size-fits-all. She actively listens to her customers’ concerns and requirements, and draws on her experience and knowledge of the different loan structures offered by the various lenders to tailor a solution.

She manages the application process with efficiency and attention to detail, and is always available to answer clients’ questions or provide information as required.

‘I pride myself on my turnaround time for emails and phone calls to my clients,’ she says. ‘I think it’s important to respond in a timely manner to keep my clients updated on the process.’

Robyn has worked in the mortgage and finance industry since 2018, and started her career in Canada before emigrating to Australia. She spent several years specialising in commercial and luxury residential mortgages for a private mortgage lender, and has also worked as a commercial underwriter and business development manager for residential mortgages. ‘I believe my experience on the lender’s side of the mortgage transaction allows me to better represent my client’s interests and solve complex requirements,’ she says.

As a Canadian expat, Robyn also has an understanding of the particular challenges people can face when resettling in Australia and because of this, she is well-placed to help expats as they navigate the Australian mortgage market.

Robyn specialises in providing advice and assistance for first-time home buyers, residential mortgages, investment mortgages, and commercial mortgages. She is fully mobile and available to work with clients across the greater Perth area.
