Donna helped me buy my first home, along with refinancing and any other support I have needed with home loans.
She is very knowledgeable and supportive. I couldn't have done it without her.
Donna is very professional and understanding mortgage broker. It was my first time getting a home loan and I was stressed about it. Being under Donnas guidance and knowledge she made the whole experience amazing. Donna goes through things thoroughly and communicates everything in a way that makes things easy to understand. I highly recommend Donna and I couldnt speak highly of her enough. I made the right choice choosing Donna and I will never look back.

I actually can't recommend Donna enough as a Mortgage Broker. She goes absolutely above and beyond to provide the best service. I had many questions as I was very new to buying a house and she responded everytime in a very clear and helpful way. Donna also assisted us through refinancing and made what is usually a stressful process a very easy and calm one. She negotiated with the bank for us and because of her we got a really good outcome. Donna's communication skills are fantastic She is always up for a chat or response to your email without hesitation. We will definitely be referring our friends and family to Donna.

My partner and I cannot thank Donna enough for all her help when purchasing our first home! We had a terrible experience with a previous broker who wasted 3 weeks without even putting our application in and leaving us in a big mess. Im glad to have this opportunate to let you know how happy and lucky I was to have Donna. Lots of problems arose with the conveyancer eg names spelt wrong to be corrected by them and on previous documents,new rules eg stamp duty took weeks, had to resubmit on line etc. Donna was a great support and very patient as I was nieve with all of the above, She was always contactable and ready to help.

Donna is obviously good at her job to some point as she got us our loan but, my wife and I found it very odd that to this day we have never met Donna. All dealings were done via phone and Email, and definitely room for improvement on a couple of things .

Donna explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. She even came to my home again to help me fill out the paperwork as I had trouble.

When i called the call centre to help with my loan number they refused to help me at all. They advised that donna would call me back . I needed help there and then and they werent able to help. I still dont know my log in number and i dont know when the repayments will be coming out
