Smartline Personal Mortgage Adviser Daniel Liao is passionate about helping people, and uses his skills, knowledge and extensive industry experience to help his customers achieve their goals.

‘My priority is to provide a comprehensive, end-to-end service to assist anyone seeking finance or looking at making a home purchase, including first home owners and experienced investors,’ he says.

Over his 13-year career in banking and finance, Daniel has held a variety of high-level roles, including lending manager with one of the big-four banks and eight years at Bank of Queensland branch, 2 years of this as a part owner of a Bank of Queensland franchise. ‘I have experience with a wide range of finance, from personal loans, asset finance, small business loans through to complex home lending,’ he says. His professional expertise is underpinned by honesty, integrity and great communication skills.

Daniel strives to build a strong rapport with every client and spends time discussing their current situation and future plans. ‘I approach every loan application with a clear insight into the client’s financial lending requirements, and have the ability to understand a large range of scenarios and circumstances to find suitable solutions,’ he says. Additionally, he empowers his clients with knowledge, educating them about each stage of the lending process so they understand exactly how it all works.

‘At the end of the day, my goal is to eliminate the complexity and stress whilst providing my clients with a reliable, cost effective home loan that suits their needs,’ Daniel says.

Daniel specialises in assisting with home loans, investment loans, business loans, car loans and asset finance. He is based in Eight Mile Plains and offers a fully mobile service across inner and southern Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.

Hanna’s primary role is to ensure everything stays on track with your loan applications, by following up with the banks, providing assistance where required, proactively keeping you up-to-date on progress, and always being available to answer questions.

‘I am respectful of clients’ time, and I deliver great service by providing transparency and a high level of communication. When working with clients, I’m mindful that everyone has a unique situation, and our service is tailored accordingly.’

Hanna’s professional background in real estate has given her a good understanding of the local property market and is familiar with the borrowing process. ‘I’ve seen the good and bad side of how people can handle finances, especially when it comes to looking for a home loan and what trusting the right or wrong person can result in,’ she says. ‘It’s with that experience I am committed to assisting people and helping them with one of their biggest decisions of their lives.’
