With over 10 year’s experience in banking and finance at two major banks, Glenn offers his clients an exceptional depth of knowledge across all aspects of the lending process; both residential and commercial.

This broad knowledge base means he is able to assist with any lending requirements, from home loans to complex commercial loans.

Glenn’s experience in banking also gives him a unique understanding of the stress and challenges that borrowers face, and alleviates this by offering an outstanding mortgage broking service.

“Applying for a loan can be challenging and sometimes daunting,” says Glenn. “I help people navigate through the journey of finding and applying for the right loan, by simplifying the process for them and doing most of the hard work.”

Glenn focuses on finding the best solution, especially when presented with a challenge. “I am always open minded to different strategies and options, rather than just running with a fixed process. Every client is different, so it’s important to adapt to that. When you understand the finance process end to end, you tend to be able to find a way forward.”

Glenn is also very passionate about ensuring he understands what his clients need – both for the immediate loan situation and in the future. “It’s only once I understand my clients’ needs, that I can develop solutions and provide advice on how to achieve their goals.”

Joanne Tyndall – Loans Administrator

Jo is our friendly and extremely experienced loans administrator, who has worked in the banking and lending industry for over 10 years.

She is highly knowledgeable about the various loan products and can assist our clients with all queries.

Caring, approachable and highly organised, Jo has a great rapport with our clients, advisers and stakeholders alike. She ensures clients remain updated on the progress of their loan application and works closely with our advisers to follow up whenever needed.

In essence, Jo makes sure that everything we do for our clients runs smoothly. Her previous roles in lending with ANZ and as a paralegal preparing loan documents and conveyancing means she is highly versatile and very well-versed across all lending
