Glenn Petrakis – Personal Mortgage Adviser

As a results-oriented Personal Mortgage Adviser, Glenn’s overarching business philosophies are ‘people before profit’ and to assist ‘anytime, anywhere’.

‘I want my clients to be successful,’ he says. ‘My role is to help make that happen by offering the best possible customer experience and assistance as I guide them through the borrowing process. My clients enjoy the care and trust my expertise. I enjoy the opportunity to build long-term client relationships.’

Glenn provides a flexible service aimed at meeting the differing needs of his customers. ‘For professionals who are time-poor, for example, I am happy to meet them early in the morning or late in the evening at their home or workplace,’ he says.

‘Other clients want competitive rates – I help them achieve that goal. Most of my clients want a good mix of rates, convenience and features. That is where I shine due to my experience, expertise and care.’

Glenn has worked in the banking and financial services industry for over 10 years, and prior to joining Smartline/REA was a mobile lender for a big-four bank. He is also familiar with the building, construction and property management industries after working with Lend Lease for eight years.

‘My extensive knowledge and experience means I can relate to my clients’ situations and I have a good understanding of the complexities associated with selecting and arranging loans. All this helps me provide lending solutions that are tailored to my clients’ needs.’

When he’s not at work, father-of-two Glenn enjoys entertaining and outdoor activities.

Glenn offers a mobile services in Eastern suburbs, City, Inner West and surrounding suburbs including but not limited to Eastlakes, Rosebery, Mascot, Kensington and Maroubra. He can assist with a broad range of finance products including home loans, investment loans, construction and renovation loans and asset finance, and he enjoys working with self-employed, small business owners and first home buyers.
