Greg & Mandy made this process very easy for me. We dealt mostly with Greg and he always made himself available for our many questions! Greg explained my options to me in simple terms and saved me a great amount of angst – we had multiple loans that needed to be refinanced, which made life complicated for me, but clearly not for Greg as he was right across everything in a very short amount of time. Greg obviously enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. I would highly recommend Greg & Mandy to anyone looking for a new mortgage or to refinance – I’ve already passed their card along to a few friends and work colleagues.

Greg was incredible. He filled multiple gaps left by dysfunctional banks 1) Westpac Wahroonga who have little clue what they are doing and an attitude to match. 2) CUA who could not find out that and why they rejected an incoming payment when I asked them but Greg was able to find out. Greg was incredibly supportive and available under the most unusual and difficult circumstances. I was rather particular in how information was emailed between us and he showed great initiative, flexibility and accommodation in carrying this out. There are 2 main reasons I used a broker (after a horrible experience with one of the big 4 banks). 1) I can look up reviews of a broker on the Internet – Greg has a huge number of recent 5 out of 5’s. (I can’t do this for bank staff), 2) Contestability of offers between financial institutions. I really likes SmartLine’s philosophy of help in the community.
