Sonam Sangwan – Loan Admin
Sonam is a knowledgeable and dedicated finance administration assistant, working alongside Garry to ensure a fuss-free lending experience for their clients.
Prior to joining Garry at Smartline, Sonam worked in real estate, where she gained a thorough understanding of lender services, products and policies. She’s always ready to help customers navigate the loans maze with assistance and friendly advice on all admin-related matters.
‘Arranging a loan can be overwhelming, and that’s why I’m here – to answer your questions and help with documentation and paperwork,’ she says.
With a focus on responsiveness and a flair for detail, Sonam also handles all the behind-the-scenes admin support for Garry. ‘I do everything I can to ensure he can focus on what he does best, which is finding and negotiating the right loan solution for every customer.’
Vartika Malik – Loan Admin
As the Williams Landing office Admin Assistant, Vartika provides essential support and assistance to the team and also to our customers. Friendly and proactive, she capably manages all our internal procedural systems, documentation and filing, allowing Garry and Sonam to dedicate more time to our valued clients. Vartika also assists eligible first home buyers to complete their First Home Owner Grant applications, and she is always ready to answer client queries or provide progress updates as required.
With previous professional experience in customer service and a responsive, focused approach, Vartika helps streamline the lending process for all our customers.
