Personal mortgage adviser Haison takes a forward-looking approach when working with all his clients, to help them build financial wellbeing over the long term.

‘When arranging a loan for a customer, I believe it’s important to consider where they will be in the future; my role is to support them in making lending decisions that can improve their position,’ he explains. ‘Appreciating the customer’s current circumstances and where they see themselves in a few years’ time is a key consideration when deciding how to structure their loans.’

Haison takes a proactive and responsive approach to customer service, and strives to build trust and a good working relationship with his clients. ‘The ability to engage and listen is essential to finding solutions that meet the needs of the customer,’ he says. ‘I offer honest yet insightful advice, always keeping their best interests in mind.’

With his big-picture philosophy, Haison enjoys working with people who want to make a difference in their lives, and uses his expertise to not only help his clients qualify and attain the optimal loan, but also to provide strategies for managing the loan over the long term.

Since starting his career as a finance broker in 2001, Haison has had experience working in customer service, accounting, financial planning and superannuation. ‘I have worked with people from all backgrounds, from first home buyers to professional property investors, and appreciate the importance of getting good advice,’ he says. Haison is also a member of the MFAA and holds a number of tertiary qualifications including a Diploma of Finance Broking, a Bachelor of Business in Banking and Finance, and a Masters of Professional Accounting.

Haison is able to assist with home loans, investment and business loans, and works with clients located in Kelvin Grove, Ascot, Windsor, Bowen Hills, Brisbane City, Herston, Fortitude Valley, Albion and Red Hill.
