We ended up getting the home of our dreams with Jason,all the extra's we had to take out he put back in and he got the total amount for us plus extra that we are using for a pool.
My wife and I could go on and on about how good he is at his job and we are so glad he was recommended to us by my wife's work colleague and would gladly recommend him to our friends and family.

After having no luck with applying for a home loan through a few banks due to a small utility default, I gave up hope of being able to secure a home loan. Smartline was recommended by a friend. Jason exceeded all my expectations, and was able to secure a home loan, with a great interest rate, and I'm now happily living in a home I could only dream about previously.

Hi, Jason provided home loan assistance to us approx 18mths ago. After a lengthy discussion on options etc we agreed to park the idea for the time being. When the opportunity to invest arose again only 16 months later, due to a change in circumtances sinse we last saw Jason. We had kept his old business cards and tried our luck on his services again. Fortunitely for us he was available. Jason answered every question we could think of and if we had any doubt he put our minds at eaze by providing options or explainations. Unfortunately, even though I had stipulated repeatedly that I had only $25 000 for a deposit, and checked with Jason that this amount would be the maximum including all costs associated with the buy, he made a gross error resulting in me having to find $1500 an hour before settlement was due. This I was unable to do and the sale would have fallen through had it not been for my Settlement Agent agreeing to let me pay the $1500 off over the next few months. I had a strict budget and this blew it for me. I was very unimpressed especially as I was able to check the documentation and it was clearly and error on Jason's part. Up until this point, I had been very pleased with Jason's service - he had been extremely helpful during a difficult time. Nevertheless, at the most important point of the deal I felt very let down and would be unlikely at this time to use the service again when I look for my construction loan.
Very helpful in chosing the right loan, then complete lack of follow up and presents documents for signing of wrong loan structure. Says will restructure loan after settelement, and goes on annual leave without starting restucture. Disapointing.
Jason was fantastic, our refinance / consolidation process wasnt easy and Jason always went out of his way to help (even doing training etc just for us so we could sign up to our home loan company) He keep us in the loop throughout the entire process and was always professional and friendly. Jason was really helpfull, the whole process went really smooth and he went out of his way to look after us. Great service, Matt listened to our requirements and situation an then found a number of products. He then went through them and helped us make a decision. Matt asked us if we minded having Jason involved as he was training him. We found Jason very helpful and we were confident with talking to jason if Matt was ever unavailable. Over all very happy.
