Jimmy Bowler – Subiaco Personal Mortgage Adviser
I was born and raised in the quaint mining town of Kalgoorlie, along with my four brothers. The majority of my family still reside there and I love taking the opportunity to go back to visit whenever I can.
I committed a large part of my life to basketball in the region, playing and coaching for 13 seasons in the state basketball league for the Goldfields Giants.
I attended high school at John Paul College and then undertook a double degree in Engineering (Mining) and Commerce (Finance) at Curtin University. Upon completion I accepted a position in the graduate program with the NAB Business Banking centre in Kalgoorlie.
After three years with NAB, I decided to pivot to the mortgage broking industry, where I started my business in 2007. In 2015 I relocated my business to Perth, where I remain to this day, based in my office at 217 Hay Street, Subiaco.
As an avid property investor myself, I have a real fascination with the real estate market and I am more than willing to share my experience and knowledge with my clients. I also have a subscription to RP Data Professional, so I can provide detailed reports for any property a client may be interested in.
As a Smartline Adviser, I have access to over 27 lenders across Australia, so I’m confident I can always find the appropriate and competitive home loan for every one of my clients.
For many people, buying a property is exciting but at the same time it can be daunting and stressful, so I strive to make the process as hassle free as possible. To this end, I will guide you every step of the way and be available at any time of the day or night.
While I am based in Subiaco, I have clients all over Australia. I’m more than happy to travel anywhere to meet a client!
So feel free to call me any time on 0439 929 157 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
