Josh was realistic about every aspect of the process. He kept us well informed and was able to give us the sounding board we needed at times when negotiating on properties. He provided statistical / historical data on all the properties we looked at. He was also extremely calm and cool when facing a 30 day settlement term, which was actually a crucial tool we used in negotiating the sale price of the property. We were beyond satisfied with his contribution to our property purchase.
We had some difficulties getting the original loan approval due to the lands zone and the fact it was unimproved, Josh was excellent with communicating with the lawyers and the bank.

Would be good if one complete list of items required from applicants is presented at one point in time. Then there is a list to work towards addressing rather than multiple requests for information.
