Gary is an absolute amazing broker. I’m probably not a normal client and always leave things to last minute and have difficult requests, nothing is ever to hard for him and No matter what time of day or night I email I can be assured a reply will be in my inbox within hours if not minutes! He follows up car yard, buyers and just makes the transaction so easy for me – hence why I he has been the only broker in past 20yrs I would ever use!!
Gary was flawless in his advise and execution; even covering for failures by the car supplier and foilbles of my salary packaging provider. I am trying to think of somewhere Gary could have done better. But I simply can’t.
It would be of great help if there was a list of what documents/ quotes that are required to be attached for when you are extending your house for the bank application. Rather than sending them in a couple at a time. We could then wait until we have all corresponding docs before sending so we are all not chasing documents later.
We are extremely happy with service provided. Garry put in extra time in & out side of his business hours to make the process less stressful, would definitely come back to smartline when comencing any financial services again.
