With Smartline since 2007 and a background in business ownership, Judith is a highly competent individual. She is passionate about lending but more importantly passionate about helping her clients. With a strong sense of community and care for others, her customer experience is driven by what’s best for the client and their needs with duty of care being the number one priority.

Judith’s extensive lending knowledge and tailored advice has earned her a wealth of repeat customers. Her clients don’t hesitate to confide in her their thoughts and needs and feel confident they are in capable hands. Long term customer satisfaction, trust and understanding is at the fore front of Judith’s business model.

A licensed broker and accredited with the MFAA, Judith has completed her certificate IV and Diploma in Financial Services. Judith is committed to ongoing training to continue to grow her knowledge and skill set in a forever changing industry, allowing her to source suitable loan options and match her clients with the right product first time, as lending is not one size fits all.

Judith is based at Flinders Park, however, has built a network of clients from all over South Australia and Interstate who come from all walks of life.


Kim Tucker – Client Services Manager

Kim offers a wealth of knowledge and experience as Judith’s Client Services Manager. Her calm demeanor and bright personality make our clients feel at ease during what can be a nerve-wracking time.

Always prompt when responding to client’s questions. She is proactive from start to finish of a loan application, working closely with lender and customer to ensure no time is wasted between application stages.

Working for many years in the Mortgage Centre with one of Australia’s major banks along with the past several years in a reputable Mortgage Broker firm, her level of experience and knowledge in this industry means she understands the lending process inside out.

Kim’s strengths align with our customer service focus. She easily builds rapport with clients and makes them feel comfortable from the very beginning. Her professional and assertive approach with lenders allows for seamless communication between all parties.

A great asset to the team, Kim provides confident assistance from submission to settlement and a specialised understanding of construction loans. She is an invaluable support to Judith and the team.


Melanie Dalton – Client Services Administrator

Melanie provides great attention to detail and efficiency as Judith’s Client Services Administrator. She is approachable and kind to clients and lenders, this ensures complete harmony when continuing to service our clients beyond settlement.

Dedicated to repeat business, Melanie is passionate about our client’s long-term needs. She works diligently to review existing clients home loans and ensures they are on the best rate possible for their circumstances.

With a professional background in real estate, Melanie understands the delicate timeline and emotions that come with purchasing, selling and working towards deadlines. She handles this with great empathy and compassion.

As well as post settlement activity, Melanie provides business support for Judith by assisting with loan submissions, clerical duties, and keeping everything in the office running smoothly. Her role is essential in ensuring client’s loans are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
