The September house price data has just arrived from the land titles office and, as expected, Central Coast property prices continue to grow.
The new median has lifted by $25,958, from August to September, to $869,696.
Our Central Coast Median house price has grown by $182,957 in 12 months. That is an annual growth rate of 26.67% or $501 per day.
There are now 9 suburbs (with more than 800 houses), that have a median house price greater than $1,000,000. The most recent suburb to join this club is Davistown, which was $635,000 in July 2015. The lowest median house price is $602,000 at Watanobbi, which was $400,000 in July 2015.
