Wyoming property doubles in 6 years…. Almost

4 Maranoa St, Wyoming just sold for $725,000. This house almost doubled its $365,000 sale in January 2012.

This 5brm 3bth 1gar house is on a 580m2 block that backs on to a reserve. As you can see from a couple of 2017 photos below, the vendors completed a renovation that significantly improved the look of this large home.

Another terrific result for Liz Jenkins from Property Central in Erina.

As you can see, the photos below show a significant improvement in the presentation of this home.

Wyoming has had a very impressive 5 years in terms of capital growth (see below). As some of the suburbs on the Central Coast are losing steam, Wyoming appears to be quite bullish, with a 10.71% growth in its median house price since June 2017. No doubt, the first home buyer concessions are having an impact.

If you are looking to buy or sell, I would be happy to talk through the market stats with you. It is always a good idea to get a 2nd opinion. Michael Daniels, mdaniels@smartline.com.au, 0414255530.
