We have just updated our January & February house prices for the 46 Central Coast suburbs with more than 800 houses.
The chart below shows the average of each suburb’s median house price.
The Central Coast median house price is $644,780 as at the end of February 2020.
The Central Coast median house price peaked back in August 2018 at $679,292. This represents a drop of $34,512 (5.1%).
Interestingly, the median house price was $643,295 back in August 2019, so our prices have pretty much stayed the same for 6 months.
January to February Results
10 suburbs experienced no price change.
14 suburbs had a reduction in price.
22 suburbs had price increases.
August to February Results
1 suburb experienced no price change.
19 suburbs had a reduction in price.
26 suburbs had price increases.
We have also found that valuation results have been broadly in line with the trend in this chart, which has been good for the increasing number of clients that are looking into their refinance options.
