Matt has worked with us more like put up with all of my questions not understanding how everything works, lifted us up pull us over many hurdles lol over the past 2.5yrs, from the application process on our land, then the house, and now finally the completion of our build
It wasn't the smoothest of processes for us covid, building stimulus' and our builder, but I would highly recommend Matt if you are ever in need of a broker. We will certainly be asking him to help us again if we need any help with loansmortgage etc if he will put up with me asking questions again . He is so easy to get along with, doesn't complicate things and explains everything really well. There was none of that 'broker talk', to sell products and get them the best deal he gave us all of our options and helped us work out which loan would best suit our needs .
Through every step he liaised with the bank andor the builder for us, and made the process so much easier on our end.

Matt has good attention to detail, and forsees what a potential lender may require in the future.
Communication between the Adviser and exisitng bank wasn't great so the settlement date was missed and we were charged delay fees for it. Adviser has noted that we will get reimbursed for it however it really shouldn't have happened.
Matt was incredibly organised and helpful, and considering how far away we live, made huge efforts to meet us when and where was easiest for us. I cannot recommend Matt highly enough. He was available and friendly, made the process easy, and took as much ofthe stress out of the process as is humanly possible.
