With 25 years’ experience, mortgage adviser Michele Rechichi guides her clients through the finance maze with confidence and expertise.

“My passion is to help clients achieve their dream of owning their own home,” she says. “I get so much enjoyment out of advising customers, especially first home buyers, that their loan has been approved.”

Michele commenced her career in lending and finance in 1990. Following a 15-year tenure as settlement officer at Bankwest, she joined Smartline in 2006 and has built a solid reputation for providing trusted lending advice and assistance to customers across the Bunbury region. “I enjoy using my knowledge and experience to help my clients make an informed decision and achieve their dreams,” she says.

Working in partnership with her clients, Michele focuses on maintaining open lines of communication to ensure they enjoy an easy, stress-free borrowing experience. “I am there to provide reassurance and help both during the loan process and afterwards,” Michele says.

“I make sure that I’m available when my customers need me. I’m always ready to answer phone calls and emails, and I stay in constant contact to keep my customers updated on the progress of their loan. I’m also very flexible and happy to make weekend and after-hours appointments to fit in with my customers’ needs.”

Michele can assist with all types of loans, and specialises in home loans, property investment loans and first home buyers. Her office is in Bunbury and she provides a mobile service across the region, travelling as far south as Bridgetown, Pemberton, Dunsborough and north to Perth.

Sandy Bocchetti – PA

Sandy Bocchetti joined Smatline in 2014 in a Personal Assistant role. Sandy brings 30 years of banking experience with ANZ to Smartline. Sandy has an extensive knowledge of banking and finance having worked in many different areas of the ANZ with the last 10 years in the commercial lending department.

Sandy was raised in Bunbury and loves the community and lifestyle the city offers.

Lorna joined the Smartline team in February 2016 and brings over 30 years’ experience in the finance industry with her. She has worked for the Bunbury branches of the Commonwealth and ANZ Banks, covering a variety of roles including customer service, settlements, lending and assistant manager.

Lorna completed a Diploma in Finance (Conveyancing) in 2010 during her time as a settlement agent, and believes that her knowledge and experience in both banking and conveyancing industries will assist in her role as PA.

Lorna enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Janine Cole – PA

Janine Cole has joined the team at Smartline Bunbury Team as a personal assistant. With a professional background in finance, high-level organisational skills and customer-focused approach, Janine is always ready to assist you throughout the borrowing process.

Janine is experienced in the finance industry, having spent 12 years as Home & Investment Lending Manager with a big-four bank. ‘During this time, my duties included interviewing and signing up customers, processing applications, and liaising with brokers, settlement agents and real estate agents,’ she says.

Her professionalism has earned several awards for excellence, including Top Mortgage File Compliance and Mortgage Sales for Regional Australia. ‘I achieved these awards by having a great knowledge of banking procedures and policies, and maintaining a close, trusting relationship with my customers,’ she explains.

She provides essential administrative support and liaison in the Team to ensure all customers’ loans are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
