Lauren Heddle – Wangaratta Personal Mortgage Adviser

Lauren Heddle is an experienced, friendly and down-to-earth personal mortgage adviser who has an in-depth understanding of the particular needs of local residents in north-east Victoria.

‘I have lived in north-east Victoria all my life and run a farm in the area,’ she says. ‘I am very familiar with the local market, and appreciate the challenges faced by residents, business owners and farmers who live and work across the region,’ she says.

Lauren has worked in the banking and finance industry for 14 years, and has spent 12 years writing all types of finance for a broad range of clients. She combines her excellent product knowledge with a can-do attitude and customer-focused approach, providing insightful, honest advice and helping identify loan solutions that align with her clients’ current and future needs.

‘It’s important to me that my customers have a full understanding of the loan they’re signing up for, as well as what to expect during the actual application process,’ Lauren says. ‘For me, communication is key: I constantly keep my clients updated on where their loan file is up to, am available on the phone or via email, and I’m always happy to answer any questions.’
