Peter Scott – Personal Mortgage Adviser

As Mount Eliza’s personal mortgage adviser, Peter Scott’s primary goal is to help his local community access finance for the things in life that are important to them.

Peter is fully qualified in Finance & Mortgage Broking and holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Systems (Monash). In addition, he has extensive industry experience as a business owner, manager and adviser, meaning his lending advice is underpinned by an in-depth understanding of loan products and lender policies. ‘My experience and knowledge puts me in an excellent position to help clients work through their options and find an appropriate loan for their situation,’ he says.

‘When arranging finance for my customers, my priority is to make the borrowing process as easy as possible. Ultimately, my goal is to take the stress and uncertainty out of what can sometimes be a daunting and demanding exercise.’

Peter is an authorised Credit Representative and a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). He is committed to upholding the association’s strict ‘Code of Practice’, which is designed to ensure professional standards are maintained between members and their customers, and to guarantee ethical and fair business practices. His other professional memberships include the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).
