Rod Holt – Personal Mortgage Adviser
Mobile: 0412 350 632
I have lived in the South West for over 19 years. I thoroughly enjoy helping South West locals, people from all across the country and even overseas, achieve their financial goals.
I have over 30 years of experience in the banking and lending industry including 15 years as a Mortgage Broker. I pride myself on providing professional, ethical and honest advice with the highest level of customer service to all of my clients.
Whether you are purchasing your first home, building a home, looking to renovate, buying commercial property, investing, or refinancing an existing mortgage, my role is to find the most suitable product for your particular circumstances.
To me, being a great mortgage broker is more than just having great industry knowledge. It’s about listening to you, taking your plans and future goals into consideration, then helping you to make an informed decision on the loan that suits your individual needs.
It’s true that the loan process can be complex, time-consuming, and stressful. My goal is to ease this burden by making it simple and straightforward.
My longstanding relationships with lenders are extremely helpful when it comes to negotiating competitive rates or dealing with challenging situations. I will always go into bat for you as my client – you are my number one priority.
I feel incredibility fortunate to have so many ‘lifelong clients’ who continue to turn to me for advice, often many years after our initial meeting. Clients who refer their entire family, their children and even grandchildren to me. It’s a privilege and an honour to have someone place this level in trust in you, and I work hard to ensure that I deliver outstanding results for each of my clients.
I have also won numerous awards since becoming a broker. This year I was honoured to receive the following Smartline awards; “Client Care Award”, “WA Franchisee of the Year Award” and “High Achievement Awards.”
All of these achievements, as well as the trust placed in me by my clients, makes me confident that I provide an outstanding Mortgage Broking Service.
