Things went pretty well start to finish, but its our first ever contact with broker as loyal with old bank for 25 years, 1. Perhaps more direction up front before laying out options. 2. Talking through options in greater detail 3. Require stronger recommendations on which of the 5 options best suits us. 1 2 3 are minor but perhaps room for improvement
