Ray continually strives to build on his experience and stay abreast of the latest news in industry practice. “My 30 years in finance and lending, together with tertiary qualifications, makes the world of difference for my clients,” says Ray.

Whilst providing a broking service to all borrowers, Ray has a long history of helping the self-employed. “My strong background dealing with business people has seen me providing my services to a lot of self-employed clients. A lot of lenders put self-employed borrowers in the ‘too hard’ basket, because they don’t want to take the time to understand the application,” he says. “I professionally package the loan for each of my clients and then place it with the right lender the first time.”

Ray can assist you with home loans, commercial loans and is now Sequal accredited to assist in Reverse Mortgages.

Ray’s mortgage broking business is based in Norman Park, but he is fully mobile and services all areas of the Brisbane metropolitan area including but not limited to Bulimba, Balmoral, Morningside, Hawthorne, Norman Park and Cannon Hill.
