Meet your Adviser
Steve Noyce – Personal Mortgage Adviser
I set out to help people fulfill their dreams – be that owning their own home, buying an investment property or building a business. For me, being a great mortgage adviser means exceeding my client’s expectations and creating relationships that will be in place for a long time.
My experience, across many walks of life, has taught me that it is crucial to listen to people and understand exactly what they want and need. As your adviser, once I know we have full agreement on what you need from your loan, I can deliver appropriate and positive outcomes for you. I always put 100% effort into delivering exceptional customer service and this includes first class communication at all times.
One crucial aspect of achieving success for my clients is my exceptional knowledge of the vast opportunities available to borrowers in the current market. This knowledge ensures I can provide you with the very best solutions possible.
I am also aware that the borrowing experience can be quite scary and frightening for many people. I believe my friendly and relaxed nature ensures that my clients will feel comfortable with what can sometimes be one of the most important decisions of their life.
Throughout my varied and exciting career, I have always had the great pleasure of working with people. I thoroughly enjoy and value the relationships I make and it gives me great job satisfaction.
I feel very lucky to have had the working experiences I have had. I worked in lending at the Commonwealth bank for many years. I’ve owned my own business (Cut-Price Deli), where I saw first-hand the importance of customer service (we won the most improved Cut-Price Deli in Australia in our second year in the business). I also spent many years as the CEO of professional rugby league clubs including Wests Magpies Football club, Wests Tigers Football club, the Sydney Roosters and the Cronulla sharks.
On a personal note, I have lived in Ruse (Campbelltown) for almost 40 years with my wife and three wonderful children, who now have their own children. We are very proud of our local community and I’ve always been drawn to being involved in local community activities. Some events I’ve been part of in the past include, the 24 hour Macarthur fight against cancer, Fishers Ghost parade, school fetes, the annual Campbelltown Christmas carols, Campbelltown Challenge charity walk and the Fishers Ghost fun run. I am also a director of the Wests Leagues club.
To this day, I still feel a great sense of satisfaction when local Macarthur residents come up and thank me for helping them to buy their first home or get the funding they needed to start their own business.
Whist I am based in the Macarthur area in western Sydney, I am fully mobile and more than happy to travel to meet new people and see how I can help them reach their goals.
