Sash is an award-winning mortgage adviser with over 20 years’ experience in the finance and lending industry.

He has extensive knowledge of lending products, structures and market trends, as well as government policies and lending requirements, so is ideally placed to help his clients navigate the challenges of the borrowing world.

“I make sure I completely understand each individual’s current circumstances as well as their future aspirations – be that to invest, upgrade their home, buy a business and so on. It should suit them now and in the future. Your loan should never put you in financial hardship down the track.”

Anica Jankovski – Office Manager

Anica is Smartline Bexley’s Branch Manager. Friendly, approachable and with a flair for detail, Anica ensures our clients’ loans are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. She can help with queries, assist with documentation and helps guide customers through the complexities of the borrowing process.

Prior to joining Smartline, she worked as Branch Manager at NAB, which gave her a good knowledge of the various residential loan products, and experience in achieving outcomes for clients within specified timeframes.

Anica’s professional background in loan assessment and client services informs her highly responsive, honest approach when dealing with customers. ‘I treat everyone as though they are the number one customer,’ she says.
