With almost ten years’ experience in banking and lending at a major bank, Jessi offers her clients an impressive breadth of experience and knowledge.
Various lending positions at the Bank of Queensland, culminating in assistant branch manager, means Jessi is well-versed across all aspects of lending. In her final role, she was instrumental in seeing the branch consistently win Branch of the Year.
Jessi can assist borrowers with all manner of requirements from home loans, to personal and business loans to equipment finance. Her considerable knowledge of the available lending products and options means she is well placed to assist clients in finding the right loan to suit their individual needs.
Reliable, professional and dedicated to her clients, Jessi prides herself on offering a high level of customer service. She is passionate about assisting clients through every step of the lending process, starting with budgeting and planning, all the way through to the purchase of their properties, and beyond.

I also keep them informed throughout the whole process – from the very first meeting through to settlement,” Jessi says. “After settlement, I keep up to date with any changes in the market to make sure my clients remain on the best rate possible.”

Crystal is a highly experienced administration assistant, who has worked in the finance industry assisting lenders and brokers for over 14 years.
Crystal is a key member of the team at Smartline Woodford, and is the backbone of our business. A friendly, honest and caring person, she looks after our valued clients, always going above and beyond to ensure their needs are met.
She is well-versed across all lending needs and works closely alongside our mortgage brokers to ensure every ‘i’ is dotted and every ‘t’ is crossed.
