I had Tony recommended to me by a friend. Tony is not only a mortgage broker but a magician aswell I came to Tony with a somewhat complex case, he was patient and understanding. Tony's knowledge and experience was obvious from the first phone call we shared. He was extremely helpful and attentive with helping me get my first home loan. For a first home buyer not knowing the first thing about buying a house, I feel like it was made as simple as could have been, it was extremely impressive the background work and efforts that Tony had put in after hours to helping get the HL over the line. He was always answering phone calls, messages and emails with in depth information to help me understand what I needed to do and what was to come next. We couldn’t recommend Tony any higher! Simply good old fashioned customer service, selected us a great product all the information was straight forward and in easy to understand lingo. Tony selected and re selected a loan that suited our needs with no nonsense information! The whole process was quick and hassle free! Tony, proved his ability where no other broker could. Having to find the right lender that would fund the pruchase over of an "over 55" strata was a massive task considering most lenders had negative policies towards this type of property. Tony was unrelenting and even surpassed the real estate agent's broker's expectations. Well done Tony.

Tony was excellent throughout the process in delivering a package for me when I was stuck overseas and also the LVR was quite low and it was also complicated by the existing loan.
I was very pleased with the way Tony was able to sort out the loan and get the settlement done on time considering I was only in WA for 10 days prior to settlement.

Bit of a mix up on first submission which led to the loan having to be resubmitted... and this delayed approval. But sorted in the end. Fortunately we weren't in a rush for the funds.
This is the second time Tony has helped us through our home buying/mortgage experience, he has been wonderful on both occasions and made a time consuming and annoying process so easy I almost can't believe that we've done it and it's finished. I will definitely use Tony again and I keep a stack of his cards to refer him at every opportunity.

Tony has been the most helpful mortgage advisor I have used. Even though things didnt start happening until early this year I contacted him last year when I first was selling our house and he has been extremely patient and helpful over the last 12 months.
