Tony says his focus has always been to create a personalised service based on his clients’ individual needs.
“I’m committed to tailoring solutions, keeping my clients informed throughout the loan process and making sure their loan reaches settlement smoothly,” Tony says.
Even after your loan has been approved and settled, Tony maintains contact to ensure clients’ needs are always being met.
“I keep in touch with clients and make sure I’m available to provide ongoing assistance,” he says.
“My personal assistant, Diana, and I work together closely to ensure clients are kept informed and always have someone on hand to answer their queries and concerns.”
Tony continues to serve many clients with whom he has established a long-term relationship, and receives many recommendations for his service.

Stacey is a passionate and client-focused loan writer who is dedicated to providing a high-end service.
“I genuinely care about my clients,” Stacey says. “That’s why I always spend time getting to know their circumstances and their financial goals. In this way, I can use my knowledge of the many loan options on the market to match the right one to my client’s needs.”
Stacey works hard to make the lending process as easy as possible for her clients. She ensures her clients fully understand all their options before committing to a loan so they can make the best decisions. Throughout the loan application process, Stacey will make sure clients are kept informed at all times and she will always go in to bat for her clients whenever necessary. She is available for questions and queries every step of the way.
Stacey strives to provide the highest quality service and to support her clients throughout their financial future. “I place very high importance on having great communication with my clients – this is the foundation of trust and the building of long term relationships,” she says.
She is based in South Morang in Melbourne, and can visit clients in the surrounding areas.

Her level of experience means she understands the lending process and will always be proactive in avoiding any unnecessary delays. She assists in managing client files from loan submission through to post settlement, ensuring a hassle free process for all clients.
